PE Stamping Requirement for Piping Documents

Hi
I am working for an Oil & Gas engineering consultancy. I have to prepare list of Piping deliverable that require PE certification & seal in Texas state. To my understanding, Plot Plans, piping specifications and stress report require PE certification. But I am not sure what the other piping documents that also need PE certification. Can any one please help.

Some API and DOT regulations or standards require the hydro test charts from the chart recorders to be stamped.
When performing an Alteration per NBIC I think the Calculations have to be provided by a PE as well.
