Palette Feature Problem

I am having trouble with my system crashing to desktop when i try to insert a slot from the Palette Feature menu. Anyone else having the same problems?


Just installed SW2005 SP02

We have been experiencing a crash when trying to insert hardware from the toolbox. When we insert, say a socket head cap screw, it is fine, then we change and insert a different piece of hardware, (a hex nut for example) SW will lockup and crash. We are hoping it is just a SP issue, we are trying to get our IS department to update us to SP3.0
