Hello,

I am currently doing a parametric analysis and am having trouble working out how to export data from an xy data to a txt file I can read into matlab.

Any help would be much apreciated

Many Thanks,

Use report to send the XY data to a .rpt file which you can open up in notepad or whatever.

ex-corus (semi-detached)

The .rpt file is definitely the better way to go, but if you really like making things difficult for yourself or its just in small quantity, you can open the xy data plot manager, select your plot, press edit so it shows the raw data set of that plot, and highlight/copy/paste.
