error in exporting data from abaqus to excel

Respeceted ABAQUS users, I have installed a new version of ABAQUS 2020 but I am getting the error of ""writing data in excel file failed"" during exporting the results using plugins tools the same error I was getting using version 2014. Is there any solution to this problem?

It can be a problem with Excel installation. Normally, Excel should start automatically when this plug-in is used.
