I have designed a concrete beam for 3 Point bending test. The material in all 4 simulations are the same. BCs are also the same, with a downward displacement of the roller by 0.42mm. Optimization settings are also the same with objective of minimizing strain energy, I only varied the Volume Fraction from a fraction of the initial <= 30%, 50%, 70% and 80%.
The optimization worked for 30% VF, but flagged as ERROR for the other cases as shown in the picture. Would really appreciate if someone knows how to resolve this, thank you so much in advance.
This is the error that is shown on the solver.
