I may just be venting here but does anyone know why you are promted to "Save Changes" to something that was opened "View Only" and no changes were made??? Sick & tired of wasting time with rediculous clicks.

Do you have auto-save on? If not.... go to tools, collaboration... and look at the last 2 check boxes...

Go Honda!

I have the "Enable Multi-User Environment" unchecked. This makes the 2 lower options non-active (greyed out).

Try Tools > Options > System Options > External Refences and check Don't prompt to save read-only referenced documents (discard changes)

If it's already 'checked', try unchecking it.

Along the same lines, try opening a drawing, printing the drawing, and then closing. What exactly does it think it's saving?? Stupid.

Could it be related to the new version and that not all of the opened files have been saved in the new format yet?

CBL is correct! This is a known bug in SW07. CBL has provided the correct answer that should fix the problem.
