Solidworks 2024 minimising on opening files

We've installed SW2024 on three machines now and when we open a new file, SW minimises itself.
Has anyone else experienced this or know how to prevent it?
It's not too serious, but it is somewhat annoying.

I have never seen that. Must be a Windows setting.
