SolidWorks - 2D Drawing View Frame. 1

How could I get shown the 2D SolidWorks drawing view frame?
In Catia you can lock/unlock a box under the Properties window.......

As a long time SolidWorks user, "Drawing view frame" has no meaning to me. What can you do with a drawing view frame in Catia? What do you actually want to do?

Right click to lock the view or unlock the view, same option is for the drawing template. The Drawing Tutorial built into SW covers this topic.
