I am designing a oil delivery system on a test bench. I need to be able to vary the pressure between 10 and 200 psi with a flow rate up to 6 gal/min.
I will need to maintain any given pressure setting within ±1 psi.
The operating temperature will be up to 210°F.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a pump and pressure regulator?
I am thinking a variable delivery pump and a flow control valve. I don't know a good source.
Also, I would like to add controls to be able to control the pressure with a computer. I have software/hardware (dtfoundary) that can send and receive digital or analog signals with the computer, but I don't know what setup to use with a regulator / pump (or relief valve) to accomplish this.
Any help appreciated.
