NX8 not generating JT File

I'm using NX 8.0.3.4 with Teamcenter 8(8.3.2.3_b01_1(20130730.00) and when I save a part file, it says that it is saving JT Data; however, when I open the model file (m) there is no JT File there. I have tried refreshing, and have restarted Teamcenter. Another user opens my model in NX and saves it generating a JT File, so apparently it is a setting on my machine.

Check your 'Save Options' to make sure that the 'Save JT Data' option is toggled ON.

It is administratively locked in the on position. When saving the file, I receive the message that it is saving JT Data, but nothing shows up in Teamcenter.

Sounds more like a TC issue than NX. Note that Eng-Tips has a dedicated Teamcenter forum, albeit not very active:
