How to set BOM quantity correctly in Teamcenter if exact part quantity will be known on manufacturing stage?
For instance, I have two parts and some washers between them. I need to indicate washer in the BOM, but I coudn't indicate exact quantity. I coud only say their maximal permissible quantity. On manufacturing stage, shopfloor worker should pick up quantity of washers to provide dimension with given accuracy.
How to do it right? Is it right to use A/R (As Required) quantity for washer in this case, given the fact that I planing use MRO and get right as build structure (with exact quntity of washers)?
