Need some advice

Im trying to make a drill but having problems with the wheel carry-out from the relief.

Im doing it by using swept boss.

You could do a seperate cut-revolve at the abrupt end of the sweep in the "Bad Drill" example. That would simulate the cutter run-out.

You could try and make a surface in that area and use it to cut the model with. I use that alot for complex geomtry that is hard to model.
