Is there a type of plastic that has a certain amount of "stretch" to it, like elastic. I am in need of some plastic sheets, about the same thickness of a shower curtain liner, that stretches (has elastic properties). I am out of my realm when it comes to plastics so any input will be appreciated.

The answer depends on many things but try silicone. You can buy silicone baking sheets from Amazon to try.
