Designing a mechanism to apply a thin layer of paint to round pieces of steel. Must be NON contact. Right now the best option seems like an airbrush or spray gun with a sheath to prevent over spray. Parts are not masked to keep cycle times down. There must be a better method out there. Suggestions ?

Thank you

NNN, please ask each question only once, so as not to waste the valuable time that is volunteered. Thank you.
