NDT performed after or before Hydrotest test 1

Dear colleagues,
Any code mentioned Non-destructive testing should be performed after or before the hydrostatic test?
If non-destructive testing is performed after the hydrostatic test, is it possible that the hydrostatic test could cause minor imperfection to expand into major defects?
If non-destructive testing is performed before the hydrostatic test, could the pressure of the hydrostatic test cause the pressure vessel to explode?

After the pressure test, it's obvious that an NDE is required: VISUAL EXAMINATION!!!
Why don't they mention it?

Common sense ndt should be before.
All though these are are minimum requirements . An additional can be conducted after hydrostatic test..
Might get complaints from the production control manager . More handling, more
Cause for handling damage, impact to
Schedule. Your the engineer decide.
