nCode fatigue analysis

Hallo,
i have performed an Ansys PSD-analysis and have to calculate the life of the component using the nCode´s program FE-Fatigue. Does anybody know if the FE-Fatigue takes in account that the stress values in Ansys are 1 sigma and not 3 sigma values?
