does anyone have any infomation or knowledge on creating nc setup sheets in wildfire 3.0

any help would be really appreciated

I DONT KNOW BUT I CLICK "2012-03-20_080737_PRO_NC_TABLES.zip" THIS, AND LATER MCADCENTRAL DIRECTS HOMEPAGE TO ME....

WHY DOES IT DO THAT...?
