Can someone please help me finding any reference with regards to the design or the proper height and place that covers the installation of the Vent gas from the Natural Gas fuel heaters?

"Vent gas"?? Or flue gas?
Natural Gas fuel heaters covers a huge range of fired heaters. Each will be different.
Where are they installed?
Drawing, sketch, design data might get you some help but this is too vague at the moment other than vent to a "safe area".
