Upgraded to 1847 last weekend.

Some strange behavior here and there that we've had to deal with.

Here's one I haven't figured out yet:

When creating a model curve or point (assembly the work part), associativity on or off, if you reference a center of a hole on a part, that part becomes the work part and the curve is now in that part.

I fooled with some customer defaults under Curves/Curve Associativity but to no avail.

thanks

This is a new feature in NX 1847. Go to customer defaults, modeling, general there is a setting for Allow for automatic work part change. Just a quick thought.

"Feature" huh? One man's treasure is another man's trash I suppose. Thanks, that did it!

Well yeah, enhancement like the NIce new Icons. It is one of those things I plan to turn off site wide. But still give users the option to turn it on.

@crecore,

Get used to that concept - seems to me that treasure/trash thing is a bonus Siemens included with the whole Continuous Release idea. Welcome to never ending Beta testing at your expense, it's the gift that keeps on giving!
