Mirror and Flip Text Extrusion

Hi I'm new to creo and am trying to add extruded text to a block but i need it to be on both sides (exact same text on both sides). As of now, I've independently recreated the text on both sides but is there any way to mirror and then flip the text? I can only mirror but then the text is backwards on one side. Trying to see if there's a way to flip too so if things change both sides will update automatically. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Do not mirror the text but pattern it around an axis at 180 degree. axis should be right in the center of the block.
