Minimum size for light gage stud wall

I have a single story structure with light gage roof trusses on light gage walls (2 exterior walls, 1 intermediate interior). Is there a minimum recommended stud size I should be starting my analysis from? In the past I have used 6" as a standard but I am wondering if I can use 3 5/8" or 4" for the interior load bearing wall.
 
I don't do a whole lot of metal stud design, but it's my understanding that 1 5/8 X 3 5/8 is a pretty standard size.

Mike, I actually left a message with one mnfr. But I think that 4" is the minimum I would want to use because so as to get provide adequate bearing for the truss above.
 
Sorry I realize my recommendation is really for non-bearing partitions not for load bearing walls.

However, another free software that I have used is called Steel Smart System. It's put out by The Steel Network, and seems to be a pretty good software system. It takes some time to get it installed (they make you jump through some hoops) but it seems pretty good.
 
@WWTEng: Sometimes the usable strength of the bearing wall is governed by the fire resistance rating required and the thickness of the fire-rated sheathing used. Since it's a single story structure, it may not matter.
Will there be one continuous truss or two single span trusses? If two trusses, then do they have to align?
