For Steady-state Thermal or Transient Thermal of Mechanical under definition of Initial Temperature. It is always defined as "Uniform Temperature".
But what can I do when I have 2 parts, and each part has different initial temperature?
Thank you.

If you are doing a transient thermal solution with non-uniform temperatures as the initial condition, you begin with a steady-state solution at time=1.0e-9 (or some small nonzero time) with the initial temperatures specified. Then in the next load step change to a transient solution and removed the specified temperatures.
