I have hollow plastic compoent like Fuel Tank & wanted to measure the inside volume(not the outside) to calculate how much fuel it can occupy? how to do?

I would use "Extract Region" function (Insert, Form Feature, Extract) and select the inside as the seed face and where the pipes will connect to as the boundary.

Then I would use "N-Sided surface" (Insert, Free-Form Feature, N-sided surface) to close the region.

Use sew then you have a solid which you can analysis.

I've extracted a body at timestamp, just prior to a hollow, then subtracted the hollowed body (retaining tool) from the extracted body. Resulting in the part body(hollowed tank) and the volume body.

There are a few ways to get an internal volume solid.

Everything should be designed as simple as possible, but not simpler.
