Measure angle between two frame elements?

Dear colleagues,

I am modeling something that has complex geometry, and I need to measure the angle between two frame elements in same plane,
and then rotate the first one, so that will align with the second one.

Can you please help me how to do that in SAP2000?

Find out the coordinates of the new location using some simple math and move the joints accordingly. I think there is no faster way to do it.
