Does ASME Construction codes specially B31.1 and section I limit or provide reference to maximum number of PWHT cycles that can be carried out on circumferential welds of A106GrB?

No, there is no maximum limit provided the WPS/PQR is qualified with PWHT for non-impact qualification. For impact qualification, the maximum aggregate time is required.

While the Codes do not limit cycles, many Owners/Engineers specifications do.
