I am looking for a Matlab code to read and write CNC code (G-Code).
I will be thankful for any help

Interesting, I never thought Matlab would be used for such applications.
How come you don't utilize MasterCAM or such software that writes this automatically?

Actually I want to simply read CNC file, extruct x y z vales and save into a matrice in matlab. Similarly I would like to do inverse. Thus i may need simple functions (no tool path calculation).
