MathCAD 13 will not launch.

Notebook installed MC13 on launch gives the error message "Unable to Create 12.0 Engine Factory" and will not launch. Desktop installation (using a separate copy) works fine.

MathSoft's Knowledge Base is now only accessable to users with an existing service contract and as an individual user my access expired after 30 days. Google and a search here turned up nothing. Any suggestions?

I love the software but am getting tired of the bugs...

Mathsoft, aka PTC, gives support for installation and activation beyond the 30 day limit without a service contract. Give them a call.
