Material properties at elevated temperatures

Hello. I'm trying to certify ASTM materials for the European market. As part of that process, I need to determine maximum allowable stress for use in design calculations (as per requirements of the EU Pressure Directive 97/23/EC). I need this for ASTM A182
Gr F316L, ASTM A240 T316L and ASTM A312 TP316L material.

To determine the maximum stress, I need the yield and ultimate strength of materials thru a range of temperatures. I have not been able to find this information in ASME B31.3 or in ASTM 182, 240, or 312. Can this information be found in ASME section II?. If not, is it anywhere else?

The material properties for your materials of interest are in ASME B&PV Code, Section II, part D, Tables U and Y-1, pages 486-487 (for UTS vs T) and pages 596-597 (for YS vs T), respectively.
