Any suggestion on material to be used for application with carbonates and silica slurry (S.G. 1.2 and pH 1.2-1.8, average 1.4)? Will CD4MCu for wetted parts be a good choice? Thank you.

You should consider rubber lined pumps over metal pumps for the fine silica and the low pH.
What is temperature, flow and head ?

Artisi, thank you for your reply. The temperature is 68 deg F. The head is 108 ft and the flow is 264 usgpm.

Something in the range of a 3x3-10 rubber lined pump would like do fine, but you might want to go a bit larger and slower to prolong life, so a 5x4 or something in that range.
