Tip of the iceberg on the real estate construction racket failures in Sydney and Melbourne. Believe approx 80% of apartment blocks built after Yr. 2000 have structural defects. Not counting those with fire prone external cladding. Many real estate development company owners are elected city council members who wield influence on council approvals for certificates of fitness for buildings.
