kindly advise the type of standard applicable for valves low temperature material type test at temp. range (-29 deg. to -46 deg.)
and if ISO 28921 part two is applicable or not

This seems a pretty basic inquiry that you should easily be able to research. Review ASTM A-350 and grade LF2. One can also perform cold box testing of the manufactured valve. With your totally vague question regarding ISO 28921, how can anyone provide an answer?
