Looking for material aisi 4145 and aisi4145H standard mechanical properties

I was looking for AISI 4145 and AISI4145H Material data, please help me out if any one has the standadrd document(ams,astm,etc..)
 
It is not that simple. The mechanical properties in specifications are based on product form and heat treatment. Thus, you will see different properties in different standards. If you are designer, then you may want to look in the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel code after you determine the applicable spec to find design allowable stresses for your application in the Materials section.

the only difference between the two is that the H has restricted hardenability, a narrower scatter on a Jominy test bar.
There are some good producer data sheets that will show the relationship between temper temperature, strength, and toughness.
