Log Structure lateral design 1

I'm looking for design/analysis procedures for the design of a log structure (small commercial building), specifically lateral design for wind or seismic loading. ICC400 applies, but doesn't seem to be particularly helpful. Any thoughts?

I've been doing these structures for years. I wrote up something on this a few years ago for local building officials. I'll try to dig it up and post it here.
