Local axis in Etabs

When I switch the local axis on, I see
-Blue arrow is local axis 3 ?
-Green arrow is local axis 2 ?
-Red arrow is local axis 1 ?

Did ETABS change their colors? It used to be Red, white, blue intended to be an easy way (for American's at least) to remember the local axes.
