all..
we are doing pipe routing for the pipe connect to tank, the data as follows :
- the diameter of pipe connecting to the tank is 1500 mm
- tank diameter 38000 mm

we have performed the pipe stress and get Force and Moment on the tank nozzle
My questions is how to evaluate the force and moment on the nozzle is acceptable or not , using WRC 297 or other standard
i try to use autopipe nozzle software but the maximum size is 36", is there any spreadsheet of software to evaluate the nozzle load

thanks in advance

regards,
rudiawan

If you really need an analysis, probably finite element.
If you didn't consider flexibility of the nozzle when doing the pipe analysis, the forces and especially the moment may be considerably off.
