I am just doing some research into which software products support the use of a USB dongle for the license file.
By using a dongle, you can move that license between multiple machines, which may violate the 'node-locked' license agreement.
Does Solidworks support license dongles?

Not to my knowledge Licenses with Dongles went away several years ago. You can buy a network license that works the same way, but without the Dongle. You have a server that holds the licenses and you can have several machines with SW installed on them. Varying on how many licenses you own will determine who gets a license and who does not.
