Kalina Cycle Power Plants Feedbacks

I am asked to propose small biomass combined heat & power plants for councillors and investors. There are already small number of power plants (in California and Hawaii) built based on the Kalina Cycle. I would appreciate any hands on operational experiences feedbacks on proposing this type of power plants, thanks.
