If you just want to verify the changes made to a drawing, in Teamcenter Visualization you can overlay two versions of a drawing and compare.

Check out track drawing changes in NX. This is a nice way of check your drawings. ewh Comment also works well with doing overlays in the teamcenter viewer.
We usually suggest these methods to be used before we send our drawings on.
