I have a question about grinding a shoulder and cylindrical diameter. I guess an undercut is essential in a prior turning operation so that in grinding the corner breakdown does not occur.
I have searched a lot of technical articles on the internet but could not get any which specifically mention about this point. Could anybody give me any refernec for this specific point? Or information about any alternative process if we want to avoid the undercut.
