Hi everyone!

I wants to show image (preview) for each component in partlist. Can you help me?

Thanks for help,

Nanino

The closet thing that NX has is the 'Relations Browser'. If you can't find it on your menus/ribbon simple type 'brower' into the Comandand Finder and then select on 'Relatons Browser'. Note that it will take a few seconds to come up and then you'll have several options as to what and how to show the contents of your Assembly.

Actually there is another capability in NX that will do something close to what you're asking for. That is a tool named 'Author HTML' that will create an html document that can be opened in any browser. It utilizes a user-defined template and can include most of the data associated with an Assembly and its Components, including the Assembly structure with images of each component. To learn more about this function, go to...

File -> Export -> Author HTML...

...and when the dialog opens, hit the 'F1' key to see the NX Help file

Thanks John,

I'm trying to do your way.

But I can insert part attributes, part name, scale, mass, ...(from File-> Properties-> Displayed Part Properties->...) to partlist ( by using variables: <WRef1*0@MW_STOCK_SIZE>, <W@$SH_PART_NAME>,...). So, can I insert "Part Preview" to partlist? Is there a variable for "Part Preview"?

Thanks for help,

This seems like a really useful feature! Does anyone have an example template file they'd be willing to share?
