Is it possible to find the location/position from the given thickness value?

Hello everyone!
I have an airfoil blade model. Its thickness varies from top (shroud) to bottom (hub) and from right (Leading edge) to left side (trailing edge).

Is there a way to extract the thickness distribution at a section?
Also, it it possible to find the location/position by taking thickness as input?

At present, I am using Deviation gauge tool. But its too tedious to find the position from the required thickness using this method?

I am using NX9. But Please let me know if there is any good option in higher version too.
