Hi,

i got a problem loading a dll trigger in IntraLink 3.4. It doesn't load at all. There is no error message. Does anybody has any idea what can be the problem?I'll really appreciate your help.

<DIV>Where is the trigger file (dll) located?</DIV>
<DIV>It must be in a folder of your PATH.</DIV>

<DIV>Is this your first trigger?</DIV>

The path to dll file i defined myselfin Administration Tab using a client, so i think that problemlies somewhere else. I got no idea what is going on. :(

The dll file should be in the obj directory of each client installation eg d:\ptc\proclient\i486_nt\obj\

I have attached a screen shot of the admin tab for our installation of triggers below

<DIV>You say you have the path defined in the Admin tab. There is no option for the path there. Did you include the path with the DLL name? You must not do so. Also note that the name is specified without the ".dll" extention.</DIV>

<DIV>To add to kdmgooner statement: The dll can be in the obj folder, or any folder that is defined in the PATH variable.</DIV>
