Sometimes when I switch from LAN to Wifi my computer will lose the intralink license for Creo

It first gives me the popup that the server is currently unavailable and ask me if I want to switch to offline mode, if I do not click Yes fast enough it will then give me the "License is lost." popup but its hidden behind the server unavailable popup

Usually I can just middle click and it works

But on occasion it will not let me middle click, like today, I worked through the night and night me didnt click save very often so this morning I had the hidden license lost popup and now I am trying to get it back online so I can save the work I did last night

Any ideas?

Any ideas to fix this going forward?

Thanks

Sometimes when I lose a message behind the Creo window I've been able to minimize the Creo session and then bring it back to the foreground and the messages will appear back on top. Don't know it that will help when you have two stacked messages. Can't you just move one to the side?

The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that isn't included in this version of Windows.

When switching from LAN to WiFi, you are switching NIC cards and IP addresses. This is why you lose the license connection.

One fix I used for such things is an AutoIt program that was set to pop such pop-behind windows to the front. It's pretty easy to move their location with AutoIt as well.

does not seem like I can minimize it or move the popups, as soon as the license lost dialog appears I cannot select anything or move anything, and it doesnt always behave this way, generally I can hit tab 3 times to make it retry, even without seeing the license lost dialog

I'm going to try the AutoIt, seems like the win
