I'm designing an injection molded wearable device with strap loops designed into the housing. We designed a previous version of the product out of a PC/ABS blend, and the strap loops would occasionally break. I've been looking at other products that take this design approach, and the Petzl Headlamps catch my eye. The strap loops on their device are roughly the same size and thickness as the ones in our device, but theirs are incredibly stiffer and more durable. I cannot figure out what the material is! Possibly Acetal? If anyone has one of these and might know what material they use, please let me know!

they have a handful of models that use the same type of loop attachment geometry. The specific one I own is an "Actik Core"

It appears to be a fabric laminated with plastic, slit into a strip.
