Does anyone can know what are the requirements for 3LPE field joint coating? design temperature is 80 to -29 degree centi grade, design pressure is 130 barg and Coating final thickness is 2.5mm. It is for submarine pipe line coating. I need these information to fridge the requirement for the coating material. I would like to get the information for the following:
1) Requirement of Adhesion %
2) Open cell content (min.)
3) Indentation resistance
4) Expansion calculation for the coating material at design temperature conditions.
5) Inner layer Properties and it’s test method and acceptance criteria
6) Outer layer properties and it’s test methods and acceptance criteria
7) Sleeve property and it’s test method and acceptance criteria
8) Infill material physical requirements
9) Requirement of surface preparation for joint test type and it’s test method, acceptance criteria and frequency
10) Requirement for Final testing for Joint test type and it’s test method, acceptance criteria and frequency.
