Incut 200 help.

Hello,
Iam trying to form a small feature onto a piece on incut 200. It has been carbonitrided to 55-60 HRC. Case depth is .008-.013
I guess I am coining a small feature (.002-.008 deep ) . Do you think I can achieve this without cracking the part? I will be moving material about .003 per side. Sorry not much info for you guy's.
