Increasing Pattern

Hello everyone,

Can anyone tell me how can I can create a pattern on a curve with point with increasing distances?
Meaning: distance between two points, 2 mm , 4mm, 8mm...

In CATIA V5, the Pattern tools only do uniform spacing.

To space the points on a curve with different distances, you have to make one point at a time and key-in the increasing distances.

If this is something you do all the time, you could write a CATIA macro to automate the process.
