Hi,
I'm trying to convert an ascii file to binary using "DTMTools Extract XYZ" in Geopak, so that a tin file can be plotted.
However, the ascii file contains too many points (>70,000), and there is a limitation to the number of points using "DTMTools Extract XYZ". Instead of dissecting the large file into small ones (Excel has a limitation of 65536 rows), does anyone know of any other efficient ways to deal with this problem?
Would ACAD do the task? Macro? MDL? AutoLISP?
Thanks for the advice.
