Hyperlinks in excel always open a new window... relogin

I have setup a sheet to create hyperlinks to a secured web-based database (requires login the first time you enter). The problem is that the links open a new window every time I click them and that requires me to login for that window.

How do I create a hyperlink that reuses the same window so I dont have to login every time.

I went to "folder options" "reuse windows" and "internet options" "advanced" "reuse windows" and I still have the same problem.

Can't reproduce your error. Maybe it's because I use Firefox?

Theres a solution I can live with... thanks.

Im still open to other solutions that include using IE
