Hydrostatic Design Stress for PFA (Thermoplastic) Tube Material - ASTM D2837

I have tubing made from PFA thermoplastic (ASTM D3307 Type II) for which I would like to obtain a hydrostatic design stress (allowable stress). Ideally I would like this value to be based on ASTM D2837. Does anyone know of a place where this type of information is published? Completing a test plan per ASTM D2837 takes about a year!! I would rather come to this information more easily.
